....this pasta recipe. It's so quick and easy (a few dishes to wash, but no big deal) and it is so yummy!! One of my favorite things about it is that it makes SO MUCH that we have it for dinner the next day. And that works out great for days like today when the hours of 3-8pm are jam packed with kids' activities and I have zero time to cook.
